ACCESS Napa Valley wants everyone to be able to explore our services and inquire about a visit. We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website, including for people who use assistive technology.

Need assistance?

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, please email kevin@accessnapavalley.com or call 707.738.7983. You can inquire about a wine tour directly by email or phone without completing the online form.

If you are reporting a website issue, please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. If helpful, you may also tell us which browser or assistive technology you were using. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information.

Our ongoing work

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvements. Our work includes reviewing keyboard navigation, visible focus, text contrast, image descriptions, form labels, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text. This statement does not represent certification of conformance.

Online inquiry verification

Our inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which asks you to select an “I’m not a robot” checkbox and may present an additional verification challenge. This may present a barrier for some visitors. If you cannot complete it, please contact Kevin by email or phone so he can assist with your inquiry.
